Legally, we can have 6 people on the boat. Our boat is 25 1/2 feet long, which is quite large for a bay fishing boat, but we do not like to take more than 4 people who are actively fishing at a time. We can take 5-6 people, but if you are not a seasoned angler, you will get frustrated fishing that many people on a boat at the same time.
