Captain Randy brings over 30 years of bay fishing experience in Port Aransas—combined with an impressive 41 years of angling across Texas. A devoted family man and grandfather, Randy prioritizes safety and fun, making every outing a memorable adventure for anglers of all ages. This year for 2026, we have added Capt. Frankie Neill, father of 4 boys to our crew and Capt. Charlie Baker who is also available to take your family or group fishing for a memorable day on the water.

Capt. Randy
Capt. Randy has been fishing in and around Port A for the last 28 years . He lives and fishes here in Port Aransas full-time. You can check out the bays in style aboard his 25 Majek Illusion. As a father a grandfather, family is very important, so it is his job to make sure your family is safe and has a blast fishing.
From freshwater to saltwater, for the last 41 years all over Texas, friends have always wanted to go fishing with him. He has made lots of new friends and clients over the years who continue to do the same, so if you want to have a blast catching fish and make some of the best memories with your family, give us a call.
I take Anglers out on my 25 & 1/2 Majek Illusion raised center console that comfortably fits up to 5 anglers. It is equipped with a Yamaha 250 SHO, two Raptor shallow water anchors, a Minn Kota trolling motor, Garmin live scope and a Wet Sounds audio system.

Capt Frankie is a lifelong outdoorsman and native Texan with deep roots in the Texas Hill Country. Growing up hunting and fishing from an early age, Frankie developed a passion for the water as well as the integrity that exemplifies all that we stand for here at Red Tag Guide Service which eventually led him to the Texas coast to pursue his passion for bay fishing.
Having fished the waters around Port Aransas for years, Capt. Frankie brings decades of experience and local knowledge to every trip, and as the father of four very rambunctious boys, his love for the outdoors and sharing those experiences with families is second to none. Before settling full-time in Port Aransas with his wife Carissa and family 9 years ago, he competed in offshore fishing tournaments while chasing big fish across the Gulf Coast as well as freshwater fishing throughout Texas.
Today, Capt. Frankie combines old-school Texas hospitality with a serious passion for fishing, while creating memorable experiences for anglers of all skill levels along the Coastal Bend. aboard his 2026 23' Freedom equipped with all the latest equipment
